Bhuna Cooked with slightly aromatic herbs and spices with onions, tomatoes and capsicum. A very popular, semi dry dish. 

Dupiaza Originating from the Northwest of India, this dish is prepared with fresh herbs, spices, cooked in a pan with extra onions. Served medium.

 Rogan Josh Rogan josh gets its name from the rich, red appearance which in turn is derived from the fresh red tomatoes and paprika used in the dish. Served medium. 

Ceylon A popular dish from South India. Cooked with roasted coconut and blended into a rich sauce which is extensively prepared with black pepper, lemon and fresh tomatoes. Served fairly hot. 

Pathia Cooked with herbs, spices, garlic, ginger and chef’s special tomato puree based sauce for a sweet, sour and slightly hot flavour. 

CeylonA dish originating from Malaysia which is mildly spiced and cooked with pineapple, coconut and hints of esh cream. Served mild to medium. 

Dhansak is a South Indian dish is a beautiful combination of spices, lentils, pineapple and lemon juice producing a fairly hot yet sweet taste.

 Methi Cooked in a spicy sauce of tomatoes, esh coriander leaves, fenugreek then garnished with extra esh herbs and spices. Served medium. 

Jalfrezi Cooked in a Bengal style with capsicum, onions and fresh green chilli to produce a most flavoursome dish. Served fairly hot and dry.
